Cookie Policy
Effective date: October 9, 2026
What this page covers: cookies and similar technologies on the Zenith marketing website at josalesllc.net, based on what the site actually loads today. It does not invent advertising pixels or trackers that are not in the product.
This Cookie Policy explains how josalesllc.net (the Zenith marketing site, operated by J&O Sales LLC, 10153 E Branch Rd, Rochelle, IL 61068, USA) uses cookies and similar technologies. Questions: support@josalesllc.net. It works together with our Privacy Policy, Terms & Conditions, Additional Disclosures, and Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy.
This page is about this website. The Zenith mobile app is described in the Privacy Policy. We do not use third-party advertising cookies, a Facebook Pixel, Hotjar, TikTok, or a Google Tag Manager container on this site. There are no non-essential advertising cookies.
1. Categories we actually use
Essential / strictly necessary
These keep the site working. They are not used for advertising.
- Hosting and sign-in (Base44). First-party cookies and storage used to serve the site, keep you signed in if you log in, and complete checkout hand-off. Payment card details are entered on Stripe’s own pages, not on ours.
- Cookie choice. We remember Accept or Reject in your browser’s local storage under
cookie_consent. That is not a third-party cookie; it is how the banner knows not to ask again every page load.
Analytics — only if you Accept
On your first visit we show a banner with equal “Accept” and “Reject” choices. Google Analytics and PostHog load only after you Accept (or on a later visit if you already accepted). If you reject, or before you answer, those providers are not loaded and they set no cookie. They are used to understand how the site is used — not to advertise to you.
- Google Analytics 4. Pages viewed, visits, approximate location (country/region), device and browser type, and how you arrived at the site. Ads personalization and Google Signals are turned off in our configuration.
- PostHog. Product analytics and session recording: pages, clicks, the pricing and checkout steps, device and browser type, approximate location from IP, and a visitor ID. In the Zenith app, we use PostHog for product analytics. PostHog identifies you by an account ID, not your email or name, and session recordings mask what you type and what's on screen. Query strings are stripped from addresses we send it. Everything you type is masked before it leaves the browser — form contents are not stored in the recording. Card details are entered on Stripe’s pages, which we do not record.
Error reporting — not a cookie
Sentry records technical errors so we can fix a broken checkout button or a contact form that does not send. It runs regardless of your cookie choice. It sets no cookie and is not used for analytics, profiling, or advertising. A report includes the error, a redacted page address, your browser/OS, and your IP (from which it may derive a city or region). Details are in Section 6 of the Privacy Policy.
Advertising
None. This website does not load Facebook, Hotjar, TikTok, or other advertising pixels, and we do not use analytics or error data for advertising. If that ever changes, we will update this page before it does.
Other third-party requests (not advertising cookies)
- Google Fonts. The site loads Inter and Space Grotesk from Google’s font servers so the page can render. Google receives your IP address to serve those files. We do not use that request for advertising.
- Hosting platform. Base44 may set first-party cookies required to host and secure the site, and the published build may include a small first-party pageview beacon from the host. That is not an advertising cookie.
2. How to change your choice
Clear this site’s stored data in your browser (or delete the cookie_consent preference). The banner will appear again on your next visit. You can also use your browser’s cookie controls or a content-blocker. Rejecting analytics does not stop essential cookies or Sentry.
3. Forms on this website
The homepage contact form and the support-rating page send us the information you type so we can reply or improve support. They do not set advertising cookies. There is no separate marketing-consent checkbox on those forms today; adding one is a counsel decision, not something this page invents.
4. Your privacy rights
Cookie choice is one control. Access, deletion, and state-law rights — including California notice-at-collection language — are in the Privacy Policy (Section 9). We have not published a separate California / CCPA URL or a standalone refund-policy URL; refunds are described in the Terms (Section 3).
5. Changes
If we add, remove, or change a cookie or similar technology, we will revise the effective date above. Material changes will get additional notice where the law requires it.
