This page supplements and forms part of the Zenith: Fitness & Nutrition (“Zenith”) Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions. It covers how Zenith handles health and fitness information, community features, and health-related content. By using Zenith you agree to these disclosures together with our Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions. Zenith is operated by J&O Sales LLC. Questions: support@josalesllc.net.

1. Health, Fitness & Personal Information You Provide

To provide its features, Zenith collects and stores the information you choose to enter, which may include:

Profile details: your username, first and last name, age, biological sex, height, current and target weight, and fitness goal.
Nutrition data: the foods and meals you log, calories and macronutrients (protein, carbs, fat), your daily calorie and macro targets, saved meals and recipes, grocery and pantry items, and meal photos.
Training data: the workouts and exercises you log, including sets, reps, weights, distances, durations, calories burned, workout photos, and your exercise history.
Health and wellness data: water intake, intermittent-fasting times, body-weight history, steps, sleep hours, resting heart rate, progress entries, and goals.
Dietary and medical information you choose to provide: food allergies, food intolerances, medical conditions, personal health notes, and supplements you track.

You provide this information directly. We use it only to operate the features you request — such as tracking your nutrition and training, generating meal plans, grocery lists, and AI-assisted suggestions, displaying your progress, and, where you join a private community, sharing the relevant fitness and nutrition information with that community's owner as described below. We do not sell this information, and we do not use it for advertising. You can edit or delete your entries at any time within the app, and you may request deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting support@josalesllc.net.

2. Private Communities & Data Sharing

Zenith lets you join private communities created by coaches or community owners. When you join a private community, the community owner can view the fitness and nutrition information you log — such as your daily macros, workouts, weight, and progress — so they can coach and support you. Community owners cannot see your email login credentials, password, or payment details. You choose whether to join a private community, and you can leave at any time to stop sharing your information with that owner. Any content you post in a community feed may be visible to other members of that community.

3. User-Generated Content & Community Conduct

Zenith includes community features that allow you to post content, including messages, comments, photos, and feed posts ("User Content"). You are solely responsible for the User Content you post and for ensuring you have the rights to share it.

No Objectionable Content. You agree not to post content that is unlawful, harassing, abusive, hateful, threatening, defamatory, obscene, sexually explicit, or that infringes the rights of others. There is zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior toward other users.

Moderation and Enforcement. We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to review, remove, or restrict any User Content at our discretion and without notice. You can report objectionable content or block other users through the in-app tools. We may suspend or permanently terminate the accounts of users who violate these terms. By posting User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, and display that content for the purpose of operating the Service.

4. Not Medical or Professional Advice

Zenith provides general fitness, nutrition, and wellness information, including AI-generated meal plans, workout suggestions, and supplement guidance. This content is for informational purposes only and is not medical, nutritional, or professional health advice. Zenith is not a substitute for consultation with a qualified physician, dietitian, or other healthcare professional. Always consult a qualified professional before starting any diet, exercise, or supplement program, especially if you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or take medication. You use this information at your own risk, and J&O Sales LLC is not liable for any outcome resulting from your reliance on it.

5. Eligibility & Age

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account or use Zenith. If you are between 13 and 18 (or the age of majority where you live), you may use Zenith only with the involvement and agreement of a parent or legal guardian, who accepts these terms on your behalf. Zenith is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If we learn that we have collected information from a child under 13, we will delete it.

6. Account & Data Deletion

You can delete your Zenith account and its associated data at any time. To request deletion:

In the app: open Profile → Settings → Delete Account and confirm. This permanently removes your account.
By email: email support@josalesllc.net from your account email address and ask us to delete your account. We action these requests within 30 days.

What is deleted: your account profile and the data you created in the app — including your food and nutrition logs, workouts and exercise history, weight and progress history, goals, saved meals, recipes, meal plans, pantry and grocery lists, saved scans, dietary and health notes, allergies, supplements, and your community posts, comments, and messages.

What may be kept, and for how long: we may retain a limited set of records where the law requires it or for legitimate business purposes — for example, transaction and billing records held by our payment processor (Stripe) for tax, accounting, and fraud-prevention purposes, and basic records needed to resolve disputes. These are kept only as long as required by law and are not used to re-create your account. Backups that contain your data are overwritten on a rolling basis and fully purged within 90 days.

7. Lifetime Access

“Lifetime” refers to the operational lifetime of the Zenith app and Service — meaning access to Zenith Premium features for as long as Zenith remains available. It does not guarantee that the app or any specific feature will remain available in perpetuity, and it does not refer to the lifetime of any individual user. If the Service is permanently discontinued, lifetime access ends at that time. Lifetime purchases are a one-time payment with no recurring charges, and are non-refundable except where required by law.
